thx man, yep i know what you mean, i have a hard time with blending them, oils are easier, but it takes so long because i work in layers, a 4hr painting would take 2 weeks with oils, i like to go in dry on dry and gradually add colour, never been able to just slap it on, acrylics allows me to do it this way, cos it dries so quickly.
you can scan in a few parts, merge in photoshop, what i used to do before getting a decent camera.
got another acrylic done, waiting to be photographed, that will be up in a couple of days (boring landscape though hehe)
